• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits. This is a fraud prevention measure.
• KYC verification: Your first withdrawal request will trigger a KYC verification process. You must upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID card. Subsequent withdrawals will be processed automatically once your account is verified.
• Wagering requirements: If you have an active bonus, you must complete all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawing before completing requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play.
